Lead Teacher Requirements:
- Associate Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in early childhood teaching or related field.
- Completed training at a recognized Montessori Center is important.
- Individuals with prior roles as a preschool teacher, infant caregiver, toddler teacher, nanny, babysitter, or those with experience in in-home daycare or childcare in another capacity are encouraged to leverage their background in teaching at our school
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Open to personal and professional growth, and dedicated to fostering teamwork.
