Our Director
Ayesha Ali has been serving Montessori schools as a lead teacher since 1995 in Austin, Texas. With many years of experience at the elementary level, she is a dedicated and seasoned professional educator. Ayesha studied Montessori Philosophy and Pedagogy through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), from which she earned her AMI Primary Directress Diploma. She also completed elementary training through multiple institutions in Texas.
With over nineteen years of teaching experience in early childhood and lower elementary education, Ayesha brings deep expertise to the Montessori classroom. She is also a proud parent of two boys who both attended Montessori school. Ayesha’s educational philosophy fosters development in key areas such as science, language, mathematics, and general knowledge, helping to enrich and strengthen the learning environment for all students.
What is AMI?
The Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) was founded in 1929 by Dr. Maria Montessori. Its mission is to uphold and promote the integrity of Montessori education by preserving the authenticity of Dr. Montessori’s philosophy and methodology. AMI ensures high-quality Montessori training and the proper use and presentation of Montessori materials, carrying forward her educational legacy worldwide.
